Welcome to RinMitra (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), provided by Nawanshahr Finance Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") apply to all activities when you use the App. Please read these terms carefully before using the App to ensure that you fully understand and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1.1 The App is designed to provide users with personal loan application, approval, management, and repayment services. Through the App, you can apply for loans, view loan information, and manage your account.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the services of the App at any time without prior notice.
2.1 In order to use all features of the App, you must create an account and provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. You agree to keep your account information updated and accurate.
2.2 You are responsible for the security of your account, including but not limited to password protection and preventing unauthorized access. If your account information is compromised or if unauthorized use occurs, you must notify the Company immediately.
2.3 Users may not transfer, sell, or share their account or account information, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Company.
3.1 Users agree not to engage in any illegal, unethical, or immoral activities when using the App.
3.2 Users are prohibited from the following actions:
Providing false information or impersonating another person;
Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the App in any way;
Using the App for any illegal or fraudulent activities;
Unauthorized access or attempting to access other users' account information.
3.3 The Company has the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the App at any time, especially in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions.
4.1 The App provides a channel for users to apply for loans, but the approval, amount, interest rate, and repayment terms are determined by the Company, based on loan application reviews and relevant credit assessments.
4.2 During the loan application review process, the Company may require users to provide additional information or documents to assess the eligibility and compliance of the loan application.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to approve or reject the loan, as well as to determine the loan conditions, based on the Company’s policies, legal requirements, or the user’s credit profile.
5.1 Using the loan services on the App may involve fees or interest, which will be specified in the loan agreement between you and the Company.
5.2 Users should understand and agree to the applicable interest rates, service charges, and any other fees associated with the loan before accepting the loan product.
5.3 The Company has the right to charge or adjust the fees as specified in the loan agreement.
5.4 Users should repay loans on time. Failure to make timely repayments may result in late fees and impact your credit history.
6.1 The Company commits to processing your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to our collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data.
6.2 Users agree that, during the use of the App, the Company may collect necessary personal information, device information, location data, etc., to provide services or improve the functionality of the App.
6.3 Users are responsible for ensuring that the personal information they provide is accurate, complete, and updated. The Company is not responsible for any issues or losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the user.
7.1 The App and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, software and its features, programs, databases, etc., are owned by the Company or relevant rights holders and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Users are only authorized to use the App as per the scope provided. Any unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, transmission, or other infringing actions will be subject to legal consequences.
8.1 The Company does not make any express or implied warranties regarding the services provided by the App, particularly concerning the availability, stability, accuracy, or completeness of the services. Users assume all risks associated with using the App.
8.2 The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from user error, device malfunction, network issues, or actions by third parties.
8.3 The Company reserves the right to update or modify the App’s features, content, Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.
9.1 The Company may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and post the updated version within the App. The modified terms will take effect immediately upon being published. Users should review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
9.2 If users disagree with the modifications or terms, they should stop using the App.
9.3 The Company has the right to suspend or terminate the services of the App at any time, especially in cases where users violate the terms of this Agreement or engage in illegal activities.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 The formation, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
10.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement should be resolved first through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the court where the Company is registered.
